Masterplan Framework endorsement - July 2018
Masterplan Framework endorsed by East Hertfordshire District Council.
Submission of Hybrid Planning Application - September 2018
Ongoing discussion with officers, statutory consultees and key stakeholders.
East Herts District Council formal public consultation
Formal period of public consultation run by East Herts District Council. The Outline planning application will ultimately be determined by EHDC planning committee. If permission is granted, detailed (Reserved Matters) will be drawn up and progressed for subsequent approval.
Acceptance of Hybrid Planning Application - March 2019
Following a public consultation period, East Herts District Council have voted to accept the plans submitted for the construction of 142 homes, and the provision for further development
Full Planning Permission for Phase One granted - December 2019
This relates to the first 142 homes to be built on the northern most part of the development.
